Managing Partner
David Elyashar, managing partner, is a Certified Public Accountant and seasoned advisor with deep expertise in income tax, trust, and estate tax consulting. This includes comprehensive consulting and compliance services to business owners, corporate executives, and high-net-worth families, advising on equity-based compensation, business succession, charitable giving, investment planning, and retirement strategies. Leveraging his knowledge, skills and expertise, he contributes to the entrepreneurial pursuits of his clients to better respond to their evolving needs.
Juan Castillo
Partner
Juan Castillo is a Certified Public Accountant who specializes in tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. He brings a client-centric approach to his work, taking the time to understand each client’s unique goals and collaborating closely with their advisory teams. Juan has extensive experience advising private companies and professional service firms on complex tax matters. Prior to joining DJE Advisors, he served as a Senior Tax Manager in the Private Client Services practices of two top 20 national accounting firms in Chicago, where he developed the expertise and client-first approach that continue to define his practice today.

Kathy Famulka, partner at Accounting solutionZ, manages the accounting team at DJE Advisors through her role at Accounting solutionZ. She holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and brings a passion for numbers and business operations. Since the integration of Accounting solutionZ with DJE Advisors, Kathy has played a key role in scaling the accounting function and delivering a first in class experience for clients.

Andy Zarycki is the President of Accounting solutionZ and leads the accounting team at DJE Advisors. Inspired by his entrepreneurial upbringing, Andy founded his own accounting firm after consulting for companies with revenues up to $90 million. Since partnering with DJE Advisors, he has focused on helping clients improve financial visibility, streamline operations, and manage accounting matters for closely held and family-owned businesses. Andy is a true partner with his clients.
